LC-2600 高速伺服全自动粘/钉箱一体机

功能与特点：

◆ 本机由进纸部、折合部、整形拍打部、钉箱部、堆叠部五部分组成，可钉箱也可粘箱，实现一机两用。

◆ 本机采用电脑操控、操作简单易学、方便快捷。

◆ 送纸部采用吸附式前缘皮带送纸，配有侧拍打装置，确保送纸流畅不歪斜。

◆ 折合部采用两次压线设计、折合过程中辅助压线，使纸板折合精确，减少纸箱剪刀的出现，输送皮带采用高耐磨、高摩擦力的优质皮带、使纸板输送过程中流畅、标准。

◆ 钉箱部采用伺服电机直接驱动、钉头速度800钉/分钟，切丝刀片、底模为钨钢制做，坚固耐用，可打单钉、双钉，配有自动送丝机构，一次采用2大盘扁丝，减少换丝时间。

◆ 堆叠部采用电脑控制自动跟踪钉箱速度，人机界面输入码垛数量自动送出，操作简单方便快捷（客户可选配自动打捆机）

◆ 扁丝型号：17#（2.0×0.75），钉箱斜度：45°

◆ 本机可钉三五层纸板（七层、异形纸板需提前说明）

◆ Pieces stacked department adopt computer control automatic tracking speed of nailing, man-machine interface input pallet number is sent out automatically, operation is simple and                                    convenient and quick (customer optional automatic baling machine)

◆ Flat wire type: # 17 (2.0 x 0.75), nailing Angle: 45 °

◆ Mixer machine can nail 3 layers/5 layers cardboard (7 layers, special-shaped cardboard need in advance)
